Bdjeli Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

Bdjeli is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to the bdjeli website, mobile app, and all associated services.

The following conditions must be met to open an active account on bdjeli:

• The registrant must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, they will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
• The name, phone number, and email provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility. You must not share your password with anyone.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If false information is provided during registration, bdjeli reserves the right to terminate the account and forfeit the balance.

Bdjeli uses OTP verification during the registration process. If registration cannot be completed for any reason, please contact the support team. If an account remains inactive (no login or transaction for 12 months), bdjeli may apply an inactivity fee.

Bdjeli follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure financial security and prevent fraud. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal or after deposits reach a specified threshold.

Documents that may be required for KYC:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Bank statement or mobile banking transaction history

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.

Bdjeli does not charge any hidden payment fees. However, fees imposed by payment gateways or mobile banking providers may apply, which are beyond bdjeli's control.

Bdjeli regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. These bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• All bonuses come with a wagering requirement (typically 5x to 30x).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.

To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must open a new account in their own name and complete their first deposit. Referrals that appear collusive or artificially generated will have their bonuses voided.
